This is a great exercise for strengthening your rotator cuff musculature. I like to do these at the end of a hard chest and shoulder session. This isn't meant to be extrememly painful or pump producing, but mix it in with some other exercises and it is. Thank you Dave Tate for teaching me these. Use a short band from elite.fts and push your wrists out. Now walk up and down changing your hand position frequently. Get My New Training Program
