Maintain a flat back. Piston the knees and feet outside the arms. Avoid bouncing. Swivel the hips from side to side. This is an excellent exercise performed under a time restraint (1 to 2 min), and see how many you can perform in that time. Each time a foot comes forward count the repetition.Remember not every exercise is made for every person if you feel usual pain or discomfort stop the exercise. If the feeling persist seek medical attention. Always use your intelligence rather than your ego to determine your exercise goals.
